ISM amongst its users- was explored through exhaustive group
mind-mapping, definite patterns of problems in the existing
system of trust became evident. Solutions to these problems
were then explored through an initial round of ideation where
three possible solutions were identified, followed by a group
evaluation of the ideas based on their viability, feasibility and
desirability.

The feedback from the evaluation was then used to form a more
