and sustaining a workshop session could be gleaned, such as:

Ensuring that the energetic atmosphere of the session is
maintained by interspersing the passive activities with active
sessions

Allowing the participants to take the ideation process
forward by not over-planning, while at the same time,
providing sufficient direction to keep the ideation process
relevant to the context of trust in ISM.

Setting the context with real-life examples, instead of
imposing abstract concepts on the participants. The
session should be presented such that the real impact of
their ideas is clear.
