RUMAS Indi-Reg Desktop User Guide
The following report shows the number of days it took for an application to complete a process. The user
has to select the lollowing:
1. Start date
2. End date
3. Local municipality
4. Ward
The start date and end date are the dates which the action was taken and the data that will be populated
are those between the two action dates. See report below
The following report calculates the average number of applications per household on different statuses as
shown on the report below. A user must select the Local Municipality then click View Report. See report
below
