7 Policy Documents
The system caters for the uploading of policy documents within the system so that other users can always
peruse the latest policy for indigent management.
The page below in figure 7.1.1 is an example of policy document loaded for one of our municipalities.

8 Reports
Indi-Reg has three categories of reports:
• Council
• Executive
• Operational
✓ Council reports are meant to be used by municipal officials and not the general public
✓ Executive reports are meant to be used by top management due to the summarized information
✓ Operational reports are meant to be used by the users of the system.
