A manual process can be followed by the user with the steps below.
The external scan page is used to perform various functions. Some of the functions the user can perform on
this page are to view external scan actions per particular municipality based on the action status as shown
in figure 6.4.1. The user can also perform these actions:
i. View actions for a municipality using the advanced filter criteria.
ii. Export the file to Microsoft Excel and send the file to credit bureau for verification.
iii. Import a verified file from credit bureau.
iv. View and download files, in case where the exported file is missing or for any other reason.
v. View external scan report for each exported file.
