6.3. Jobcard Capturing
The purpose of the jobcard capturing page is to capture the processed jobcards back into the system. The
process flow depends on jobcards being captured so that the application can proceed to the next step or
action.
6.3.1. Account Search
Before the user can capture the jobcard, an account search must be done on the jobcard capturing page.
✓ The full account number must be typed in.
✓ If there is a jobcard to be captured for the indicated account number, the jobcard will appear as
indicated in figure 6.3.1 below.

✓ Once the jobcard appears as shown in figure 6.3.1, the user needs to click on the jobcard code link
button to capture the jobcard.
✓ The jobcard will open in the jobcard capturing area as indicated in the above figure 6.3.1.
✓ The jobcard capturing page is included on figure 6.3.2. The page in figure 6.3.2 is an example of
Site Inspection jobcard. Each jobcard is unique.
