5.2.4. Manage Actions
This is the last page in the manage account section. It is used to cancel, update or create manual actions.
This is important since there may be cases where the applicant has been declined, however after the applicant
status has changed there may be a need to re-evaluate\re-process the application.
The page in figure 5.2.5 is the Manage Action page.
✓ The user must type the full account number to search for the applicant. If the user does not know
the full account number, then should refer to the functionality provided in the account search page
on figure 5.1.1.
