        5.1.3.  Acknowledgement Letter

        An Acknowledgement letter is proof that the applicant did register as indigent. It is generated after all five sections of
        New Registrations has been filled. It does not guarantee that the application will be approved as indigent.

        Figure 5.1.4 is an example of the acknowledgement letter.

        5.2.     Account Management

        Account Management works similar to account search. The only difference is that the user must type the full account
        number because the screen can only manage one account at a time.

        If the user does not know the full account, the user should refer to the account search page  on figure 5.1.1 to search
        for an account pattern before using the “Manage Account” page .

        The purpose of the account management page is to edit or add missing information about the applicant.
