✓ The last action’s status will be the status on the instruction and account. If the last action or step in
the process flow is not executed, then the status on the account and instruction will be In-Process,
meaning the whole application is not yet completed. When the last action is completed, then the
status can either be approved or declined.
5.1.2. Completed Application Form
The completed application form is an electronic copy of the manual application form. This can be printed at
any time and it comprises all information captured during the five sections of New Registrations or the
information captured in the Account Management section. Figure 5.1.3 is an example of the completed
application form.
