4.5. Section E – Skills audit of household
This is the last section in the registration phase. It is meant to keep track of skills for each applicant.
The information can be used to help skilled people get employment and also exit the system. The information
must be entered correctly, so that reports created from this section can be relevant and accurate.

4.6. Incomplete Registrations
The user is not required to capture all five sections at once. After each section the user can capture a different
applicant or quit the system all together.
This page is used in order to keep track of incomplete registrations.
Figure 4.6.1 below shows the incomplete registrations.
