✓ In order to work on a particular application, the user must click on the relevant button. This will take the user
to the desired section.
✓ The red button with a white cross is for incomplete sections.
✓ The green button with the white tick mark is for completed section.
✓ To complete information capturing on as specific applicant/account, the user must click on the search bar
which is positioned on the bottom right of the page and type the account number to complete.
✓ Once the account number has been typed, the user must click on the blue search button to activate the
search
