        4.4.     Section D – Supporting documents

        In Section D the user must upload all the required documents. All documents must be uploaded before the
        application can proceed to the next section.

            ✓  Types of documents is configurable to allow as much attachments as possible as per the municipal
               policy.
            ✓  If the municipality does not require any uploading of documents, the system must be configured as
               such. In this case, the tick box will be provided for each document, so that the user can acknowledge
               that they will keep the documents off-line.

               Figure 4.4.1 below shows the documents upload page.

        Figure 4.4.2 shows the same page with the user instructions on how to upload the attachments and the indication of
        where/how to identify them.
