6 Jobcard Information
The Jobcard information menu item allows the user to allocate, print, capture and view allocated Jobcards.
✓ In this section the user can also export files to be sent to credit bureau or import files received from
external data vendors.
✓ The user may not see all the menus as displayed in figure 6.1.1 below due to user permissions. The
user will only see the menu if it has been configured to provide permission or allow access.

For the application to be verified as indigent, it must be screened using the pre-defined process flow. For the
process flow to work, certain actions must be performed on the application. This is done by allocated jobcards
to the application.
A jobcard is a work instruction that must be done on the application. The type of the jobcard to be allocated
is controlled by the system, which is dependent on the pre-defined process flow. To allocate jobcard, the
user must follow the instruction as indicated on figure 6.1.2 below.
