✓ The user must search for a particular action type (the stage of the process at which an account is
at) to allocate.
✓ The user can use the search filter to limit a number of records that are returned by the search
function.
✓ The search is based on these criteria:
o Action type, wards (ward numbers),
o Total required (the number of accounts to return back when searching) and / or
o search by (either search based on the account number, ID number, or system reference
number)
