The Group Safety Trend
The Group Safety Trend is assessed monthly.
Because “churn” in the care industry is typically very high, as soon as care leaders adopt the CQE system, they can start recruiting a higher proportion of “caring carers”.
The 3D carer survey provides the feedback care leaders (and care operators) need to judge their success in these endeavours.
Care Leaders report a distinct change in care home cultures once the safety trend passes through the 70% threshold.
