The rates of return used in the RMD projections are compounded annually
and do not represent the performance of any specific security. There is
no guarantee that the selected rate of return can be achieved. Differences
between actual investment performance and the assumed annual rate of
return in the current year or in subsequent years can result in significant
differences between the projected and actual RMDs.

All RMDs are assumed to be removed from the IRA on December 31 of
            the projection year.

RMD calculations during your lifetime are based on the Uniform Lifetime
Table. In certain situations, calculations may be affected by the age
boundaries of this table. Beneficiary life expectancy payment calculations
after your death are based on the Single Life Expectancy Table.

This projection assumes a spouse beneficiary is deemed to treat the
IRA as his own following the death of the IRA owner, and calculates RMDs
based on the Uniform Lifetime Table.
