*This protocol is considered for rescue therapy of resistant lymphoma and has been used only as a follow-up course of treatment with previously treated lymphoma that has relapsed.

‡ After weeks 10-16, if complete remission has been achieved, consider maintenance therapy with LMP (chlorambucil, methotrexate, prednisone) or CCNU/prednisone.
§ Complete blood count (CBC) to screen for cytopenias, which could delay, reduce, or cancel the week’s treatment(s):
Dexamethasone 1 mg/kg PO or SQ

Actinomycin D 0.75 mg/m IV

Cytosine arabinoside 300 mg/m SQ once or as a 4-hour constant-rate infusion IV
