PROJECT DESCRIPTION
• At 170,500 sf, the suite-style housing features single and double occupancy suites with private
bathrooms situated in living communities of 35 residents around a central located community assistant
• Common amenities include resident lounges with online gaming, group study rooms, conference rooms,
Central laundry rooms, staff offices, a tutoring center and outdoor plazas.
• The special interest village includes 10 houses with 12 beds each as well as a central meeting room,
kitchen and living room area. The houses have been arranged in a community layout and have a
traditional colonial design with full brick exterior as well as front porches with two-story tall columns.
• The 16,340 sf Dining Facility was designed and located to complement the Campus Master Plan and
will serve as the primary dining option for the campus with 334 seats in an open design with multiple
food concepts.
• Suite-style housing, the Special Interest Village & the dining facility have been individually certified as
LEED Silver.
