Rashida Swan – Independent Director
Ms. Rashida Swan holds a Bachelor’s of Science
Degree in Accounting which was attained from the
University of the West Indies. She also has fifteen
years of work experience as an auditor working with
KPMG. She is currently an internal auditor for the
Gleaner company and is an active member of the
Caymanas Country Club where she enjoys giving
back to the community. Ms. Swan serves on several
boards in both the Private and Public Sector.
Nalecia Watson – Independent Director
Ms. Watson was appointed as a Director in Naked Hotel Limited in
December 2014. She is the Chief Operating Officer of Scotia
Investment Jamaica Limited and an entrepreneur with over 20 years
of international experience in financial and strategic leadership. She
is a Certified Public Accountant (USA) and holds a B.Sc. in
Accounting from the University of the West Indies. She is also a
Director at Sagicor Life Insurance Company. She serves on various
boards in both the private and public sector.
