Tashonie Evans - Independent Director

Ms. Tashonie Evans was appointed to the Board
on April 17, 2012. Ms. Evans is one of the
Taxation Managing partners for Ernst and Young,
San Francisco for the past six years and is also a
retired Financial Consultant. She is a Certified
Public Accountant (USA) and holds a B.Sc. in
Accounting (Honours) from the University of
West Indies and has a Master’s degree in Taxation
(distinction) from Oxford University. Ms. Evans
serves on various boards in both the private and
public sector.

Janice Davis (BSc. Hons, LLB)- Independent
Director

Ms. Davis was appointed Director of Naked
Hotel Limited in December 2004, with over 10
years of experience in business management.

Janice is a Certified Charted Accountant of
Canada and holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting from The University of the West
Indies and she is also an Attorney-at-law at
Blythe Law where she has been for over 6 years.
