Day 1-2: Yangon
See the remnants of the past in the colonial architecture and discover
the rich cultural melting pot of Yangon. A walk through the downtown
heritage area reveals churches, Hindu temples, mosques and synagogues.

Day 3-4: Mandalay & Pyin Oo Lwin
Fly to Mandalay and drive to Pyin Oo Lwin formerly called Maymo. The
town has quite a history and retains a storybook charm with horse drawn
carriages, stately old colonial homes and beautifully cultivated botanical
gardens similar in design to Kew Gardens in England. Take a ride on the
train for a trip across the Goteik Viaduct. Completed in 1901, it was the

Day 5-7: Irrawaddy River Cruise
