 The table below explains the maximum amount of Company Sick Pay that colleagues are eligible to receive. This will be dependent on whether a colleague has successfully completed their probation, including extensions, as well as their role level:
Company Sick Pay
(N.B. This is over a rolling 12 months)
 Band 3
During Probation = Statutory
(subject to qualifying criteria)
After successful completion of probation
= 5 days paid (in a rolling 12-month period) subject to criteria as outlined
in the Company Sick Pay policy
Band 2
During Probation = Statutory
(subject to qualifying criteria)
After successful completion of probation = 10 days paid (in a rolling 12-month period) subject to criteria as outlined
in the Company Sick Pay policy
Band 1
During Probation = Statutory
(subject to qualifying criteria)
After successful completion of probation = 20 days paid (in a rolling 12-month period) subject to criteria as outlined
in the Company Sick Pay policy
