During our first semester freshman year I only knew as that baritone guy I saw at improv and on the field sometimes. We didn’t really start talking to each other until you started rushing PMA and our daily lunch after bio class with Patricia. Little did I know that you would become my roommate for three years and one of my closest friends. I’ve learned so much from you, whether if it’s relating to politics, economics, life advice, you name it. You’re a very helpful and caring person, and I think it’s amazing how much you sacrifice to help others. Also, your sarcasm and witty remarks never fails to make me laugh. You’re an inspiration on and off the field and I hope you know that.

Shut up...
Just kidding, I know I pick on you a lot, but that’s because you suck at playing Spider-Man. But for real, you’re a very considerate and understanding person. You always ask me, “you good?”, nearly everyday since we were first roommates sophomore year, and when I’m not actually good you’re willing to listen. I’ve seen you grow up throughout college, from Independence building governor to professional businessman, and you’ve seen we go from freshman to whatever I am now idk. But thank you for being a good friend throughout these years.

Your memes and puns make me want to laugh and cry out of grief, but your incredible musicianship and composition skills make up for it. I almost will have survived living with you for two years, but I’ve honestly enjoyed that time, especially our discussions about life, music, etc. You’re a good friend and you’ve really opened my mind to different music and certain aspects of music that I would never have picked up on my own. You give off a lot of positive energy you’re good at brightening people’s day, whether through your music or humor. I would say we need we need more Matt Greene’s in the world but...

Shhh...enough
I’m not sure if you get this a lot but you’re kinda loud. It’s not all bad though, your loudness generates from your positive attitude and energy which makes you a fun person inside and outside of band. Your passionate with just about everything you do, from band to helping people out when they need it. Even though I roast you a lot, I like the kind of yyeeaahh energy you give off. I’ll miss you and your chaos next year.

Father, I’m sorry I’m a disappointment. Even though you yell at me everyday, I love and appreciate you. You’re a great musician and a caring friend who does what they can to help those you care about. It would feel weird without your mega personality and energy. I’ll miss after I graduate, and me leaving doesn’t mean I’ll never see you again. This isn’t bye forever.

Fricken A, man.
Joan, you were one of my first friends at UD. These past 4 years, you’ve helped me throughout band and you always made each rehearsal and performance fun and exciting. You helped teach me how to play two metal plates and do visuals (especially freshman year). You’re a great leader and an even
