better educator. Thank you for all the fun and excitement you bring to band. I’ll miss you marching with you!
Tyler Rafanelli -
Yooo, you’re funny as hell!
You’ve grown so much since freshman year until now and you’ve become a great cymbal player. You got good technique and you make bad situations better just by your sarcasm and jokes. Thank you for all your commitment and good luck with next year!
Allison -
Yeah band leader Allison! You’re good at playing cymbals and you’re way better at visuals than me. You always seem to know to know what we’re doing or what we’re supposed to do, which is good because Johnna and I don’t know anything. Thank you for helping us so the line isn’t completely lost. Have fun with the JFD’s next year!
Dru -
Dr. U, even though you’re the sass of the line , you’re dedicated to improving not just yourself, but the entire section. You know when to be serious and when we should have fun and enjoy ourselves in band. Thank you for being both funny and serious when we are in our performance element.
Samuel -
I’ve seen you grow so much throughout this season, as you have become better at cymbals since first picking them in August. You adjusted pretty quickly to the oddness that is the UDCL, but you’re also good at listening and learning to improve yourself. I hope you will continue to be a part of drumline for next year!
Lorrha –
It’s amazing how quickly you’ve picked up on cymbal technique and visuals, because it took me a lot longer when I was learning all that stuff. You really strive to improve yourself and do your best during every rehearsal and performance. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication this season, and for being the section’s dressing point for our “straight” lines in pregame. I hope you will continue performing in drumline next season!
My PMA brothers -
Thank you for all of the support you have given me inside and outside of marching band. PMA and the UDMB are two of the best decisions I have made and have shaped to become who I am now. I can’t figure out where I would be without my brothers and friends in the UDMB (many of you are my brothers). Thank you for all the memories and happiness all of you have given me throughout my time at UD. I love every one of you.
My moms (Rachael, Alyssa, and Hailey) -
You guys are so caring and friendly, it’s heart-warming. Thank you for adopting me and being so nice and kind everytime I see you.
