Since January 2017, we have 5% more women in senior roles. How? We established a future talent pipeline
for women by building Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) leadership capability and running targeted advertising and recruitment campaigns encouraging women to apply for both frontline and senior roles.
We know 50% representation is ideal. Our next steps are to continue attracting and actively developing women, and to focus on expanding our D&I leadership capability to establish ourselves as champions of equality across the rail industry.
