The responsibilities and duties of the departments heads in
the college :

- Knowing the numbers of the department staff (Members of
Teaching Council – Students – Employees – Workers ) and
knowing whether anyone of them is still inside the building or not
.

- Assigning who keeps the attendance and leave records
periodically , and the members of teaching council are reminded
to take the attendance record with them in the emergency cases
and to make sure that the auditorium is devoid of students that
had taken the right way out .

- Heading to the assembly point and making sure all department
staff are present without staying any of them inside the building ,
and informing the security and safety supervisors about the lost
people .

The duties of the alarm system technicians(Maintenance
contractor)in the building:

- The alarm technician exists near the alarm panels in the
building or in the control room ( 24 hours / 7 days a week ) and
he is not allowed leave his place for whatever reason without the
alternative technician .

- In case of hearing the alarm bell in the building , the alarm
system technician should define the alarm location by the control
panel and inform the security supervisor on the emergency
contact number , 1111 .

- The alarm technician heads to the fire location as soon as
possible ( not more than one minute ) .

- If the alarm is real , and a result of a real fire , the alarm system
is activated in the whole building by the main alarm panels in the
building .
