The Emergency Team :

- An emergency team is formed by the college staff , who adhere
to exist in daily work density times or those who would act for ,
these people must be comprised of three teams , as follows :

First : The Evacuation Team ( comprised of security and
safety supervisors in the building) :

- Receiving the notification from the control room of the building
by the emergency contact number , 1111 .

- Evaluating whether the case requires the civil defense
interference or not , then transferring the notification to the civil
defense .

- Informing the maintenance technicians to cut off the power in
the building .

- Asking all employees and the building occupants to stop
working immediately .

- Guiding all people in the building about the safe emergency
exits and escape routes , leading to the assembly points outside
the building .

- Evacuating and removing the persons existed in the building
with arranging their way out , to the nearest emergency exit.

- assigning who can count the number of the people existed in
the assembly point to assure that nobody is detained inside the
building .
