Neighbor Thomas E. Steffen
A roundtable discussion of the foreign military sales program of the
United States by the former Deputy Commander for International Pro-
grams at the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Support. A
graduate of Villanova University, Penn State University, and the U.S.
Army War College, Tom Steffen, retired from the Navy after a career of
26 years, is Vice-President of Hawkeye Tracking, a company that pro-
vides consulting services to governments and individuals in such areas
as supply chain management and foreign military sales and logis-
tics. See attached bio-sketch.
