tance to stop the spread.

We are accepting donations to our food pantry which

is being utilized daily.

We ask all patients to give us 24 hours if you need to

change or cancel your appointment. We have a list of
people that are often sick waiting for a cancellation.
This will give the staff time to contact them for an ap-

pointment sooner.

In addition, if you have an appointment, please arrive

15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork and
screenings prior to your appointment. Please wait in
your car and call the office to let them know you are

here or ring the doorbell. Please give staff a couple of
minutes to come to the door, as we may be helping
other patients.
