Speed: Orlando was great.

Danno: Illinois. Believe it or not, there was a
club in Illinois. They were playing us on the
radio and the place was packed. I didn’t think
it was going to be like that. They can be hit or
miss. Either way, it’s a SilverTung show, no
matter what. I do think Orlando had to have
        been my favorite so far.

Speed: We actually had a great time in North
Dakota too. It was the middle of November
and we were still getting sixty-some degrees.

JP: Tell me about the hits you had this
year. I know that you had a few.

Speed: We did. “Devil’s Advocate,” when it
came out, was the most requested song on
Billboard radio for three weeks. We had never
done that before. Kinda still being an
independent artist. We don’t see those things
all the time. You have to be with a huge label
and get a push with a lot of money behind you.
We don’t have all of that.

JP: Do you think your management team
has something to do with that?

Speed: I think our management team -- our
team, period -- has everything to do with that. Speed: There is. There is going to be a live

We have a great radio team…all the way to our acoustic album coming actually. Funny, this is all

road crew guys. We are just lucky. spawned off of being out with Zach Myers from

Shinedown. We went out, did a short run -- I think

JP: You did have a song that was it was five or six shows -- and we had never played

consistently on the charts for some time. acoustically at that point before. We got the call.

We are not going to turn down a run of shows. We

Speed: Yes, we reached as high as number 23 had a meeting with our manager and we said, “We

and were on the charts for nine weeks, and don’t play acoustically.” So we sat down worked

that was a song called “You and Me.” our way through how to do it, went out on the

road and people just loved it. That spawned into,

JP: An acoustic? “Let’s try a few local shows.” We did a few short

run acoustic gigs. Next thing you know, it’s turned

Speed: An acoustic…way in left field. it a really good thing.

JP: Way in left field for SilverTung, but JP: Has it been recorded?

you have played some acoustic shows.

I’ve heard rumor that there will be an Speed: It has.
