The Help & Hope Center is a non-profit human service organization dedicated to providing assistance to people in Douglas and Elbert counties who are in serious economic need, at risk of homelessness, or in a similar crisis. We address immediate needs by consistently providing food and other necessities for homeless, low income and the working poor in our community.
To break the cycle of homelessness and poverty through education. Hide In Plain Sight believes in giving homeless and impoverished students in Colorado a “Hand Up”. We serve as a springboard to post high school education for these students by providing scholarships to reduce the barriers in order for them to attend college or vocational school. These scholarships help cover the cost of tuition and of basic need insecurities including food, housing, transportation and childcare. We partner with businesses, local schools and community organizations to make possibilities a reality for these students.
