STRIDE Community Health Center is a 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center with a 32-year history of providing primary care and other health-related services in a community-based setting. STRIDE Community Health Center offers affordable and accessible integrated care delivery of medical, behavioral health, and dental services for all. With 17 locations and a mobile unit, STRIDE CHC proudly provides care across the Denver Metro area to low-income, uninsured, and underserved populations. Services offered include primary care, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, financial services, health education, care coordination, patient navigation, pharmacy, and outreach and enrollment services in accordance with its mission. We offer equine-assisted-experiential learning for teens and adults who are struggling with any relational, emotional, mental or spiritual issue. Our sessions are very different than traditional talk therapy. They are experiential, hands- on, in the moment activities that engage all your senses, with or without words, and meet you right where you are. You will see and feel immediate results, which will encourage and keep you motivated to continue doing the hard work required for effective change and growth towards mental, emotional and relational health.
