  Working remotely
Remote access, using the Remote Access System (RAS) couldn’t be easier. Whether you are at home, out in the community or working off site, getting connected is simple - all you need is your laptop and your mobile phone.
A. If you require RAS your manager needs to contact IT on 0203 317 7200 or ICTService.Desk@Candi.nhs.uk to set up a RAS account for you.
B. Once the account is set up IT will email you to ask for your mobile number. If you have a Trust mobile phone give this number, if you don’t have a Trust mobile phone, you’ll need to give your personal mobile number. IT will set up an appointment for you to come to: 3rd Floor, West Wing, St Pancras Hospital, 4 St Pancras Way, London NW1 0PE to give you step-by-step training on what you need to do to gain remote access.
C. When you come for your appointment, bring your laptop and mobile phone (fully charged).
D. Once you arrive, but before training starts, IT will send a four digit code to the mobile phone you registered with IT. This is your PIN number.
