4. A second log in box will appear asking you to Enter your Secondary User Name – this is the same user name - Name.Surname - as in Step 3.
5. Enter the Secondary Token information – this is your four digit PIN and the seven digit
Token code that’s just been sent to
your mobile phone. For example:
If you have worked from home before, you are now successfully connected to Junos Pulse Secure and can now open any application such as Outlook or Word.
During your training, as a first time user of RAS, a new box will pop-up asking you to generate your own unique four digit pin number. Write it down, as from now on, this is the four digit PIN you will use every time you work remotely. See FAQ What if I forget my PIN number?
You are now connected and have access to Outlook, Word etc.
6. A new Token code will automatically be sent to your mobile phone.
➢ Every time your screen locks (when you are away from your laptop and it’s left idle) you have to log on again. You log on using the most recent Token code sent to your mobile phone. To find your Token code: Open up messages, go into the search bar and type Token – the latest Token code will appear.
➢ Every time you log on to your laptop your mobile phone will receive a new Token code to be used for the next time you log on – that could be on the same day or a week later.
➢ If the login pop-up asks for User Name and Password - follow Step 3.
➢ If the login pop-up asks for Secondary User Name - follow Step 5 using your own four digit PIN and the Token code (do not leave any spaces, but do include the hyphen) sent to your mobile phone
Disconnecting from Pulse Secure
      Do not leave any spaces, but do include the hyphen 1234317-7804

       When you finish work, disconnect from Pulse Secure by clicking on the Disconnect button and shut down / log off as normal.
