   Process
    A new starter to have access to computer
   Please complete the online form (Procurement form). As the process depends on other system like HR Systems and NHSP systems updating IT systems, IT Department will only be able to provide the account two working days after these other respective teams have successfully completed their part.
    Requesting a new or replacement device
   For all “standard” devices (PC, monitor, laptop, phone, tablet, keyboard, mouse and standard software) kindly complete online form. The IT Department will deliver the standard requests within 15 working days from the receipt of the fully completed form.
For all non-standard requests please complete the “Anything Else”
