Access my emails on non-Trust devices
Please use the Outlook Web Access facility which you can access by clicking on following link https://mail.cift.org.uk/owa/
Then log on with your username and password.
Request a computer move
For all device moves, the IT Department needs to conduct an audit of the new location. IT Department will respond to all requests for moves within five working days to arrange the audit.
For team/site moves, please complete the online. Moving two or more devices/staff may require involvement from other teams like Facilities and also external suppliers to complete other backend work, therefore taking much longer. Please involve IT and Facilities at the start of such projects.
Request a new software
For all “standard” software complete the online form. The IT Department will deliver the standard requests within 15 working days from the receipt of the fully completed form.
For all non-standard requests please complete the “Anything Else” section in the online form. The IT Department will respond within five working days to all non-standard requests and work with the staff on delivering these specific requests.
Connect to Wi-Fi
Corporate Wi-Fi – Staff can connect Trust phones and tablets to the Corporate Wi-Fi “Emerald”.
For Guest Wi-Fi – staff and guests can connect personal phones by self- registering.
