members, physicians, leaders and volunteers. Thanks to you, we’ve made truly exceptional progress so far on our strategic plan journey from good to great, resulting in improved performance and accelerating momentum across our three major areas of focus:

As you read through the highlights of this rst full year of our multi-year strategic plan, please know how much I appreciate all you’ve done to make these successes a reality. We’ve come a long way in one short year – and behind every metric or statistical improvement is a patient who has had a better care experience, and a team member or physician who feels more valued and personally connected to our mission!
