The case tells how Stakis Plc got into trouble and how it got
out of trouble. It records the decisions taken by both the
old and the new management. Essentially, the case breaks
down into three distinct time periods, namely;
1. The Reo Stakis era, 1947 to 1887.
2. The Andros Stakis era, 1988 to 1991.
3. The Sir Lewis Robertson and David Michaels era,
1991 to 1993, and the future.
