2. Asymptomatic with Elevated PA pressures but PVR <4WU/m2
1. F/U q3-6 months (q3 months if <3yo)
2. Echo q6 months
3. CBC, CMP, BNP q 6 months
4. EKG q6 months
5. Holter/Event Monitor q1 year
6. Exercise with Metabolic q2 years
7. Catheterization for PVR q 1 year
3. Symptomatic or with PVR > 4 WU/m2
