A. Initial Evaluation for Patient with Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy

B. Long-Term and Medical Management for Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular
Cardiomyopathy
To be determined with consultation with electrophysiology consult
1. Sotalol
Indication
-prevention or treatment of ventricular tachycardia
2. Beta Blocker
Indication
-prevention or treatment of ventricular tachycardia
3. Catheter Ablation
Indication
-drug refractory of incessant ventricular tachycardia
4. AICD
Indication
a) syncope or aborted cardiac arrest
b) life threatening arrhythmias uncontrolled by medication
c) family history of cardiac arrest in first degree relative
Treatment of heart failure should follow Section I-B
