4. Clearance for Sports at 6 months if nml echo, holter and/or stress test
2. Initial Six Months after Acute Myocarditis (moderately-severely decreased function at discharge)
1. F/U 1-2 months
2. Echo q 1-3 months
3. Holter & Stress Test at 6 months
4. Clearance for Sports at 6 months if nml echo, holter and/or stress test
3. Asymptomatic with Normal Function (Outside of initial 6 months post-myocarditis)
1. F/U q3 years
2. Echo q3 years
3. CBC, BMP, BNP q 3 years
4. EKG q3 years
4. Ventricular Dysfunction after initial six months
1. Follow protocol as described for dilated cardiomyopathy
