6. Come to an agreement
 After figuring out which option is taken, make sure all people
involved agree to it. If you need to, getting things in writing can help make sure everyone understand what they are agreeing to do.
 Questions: What sorts of conflicts have you had in your life recently? How did you handle them? What were the results? What sorts of things have you done in the past that have resolved conflicts successfully?
