                32.  What is an earlobe crease and what is its significance?
                   Some people have an oblique or diagonal crease in the
                   earlobe. It has been observed that about 90% of patients
                   over the age of 50, with significant triple vessel coronary
                   artery disease, have a deep oblique earlobe crease
                   (Fig. 10).
