from the past 7 months from your TLCW Board.
Lenten Supper donations totaled $421 towards Youth Gathering?
That monies left from the Lenten Soup Supper Thrivent card pur-
chased $158 worth of books for the Youth Gathering in-kind donations?
Trinity Women has been supplying all fellowship supplies: coffee, lemonade, paper
products, etc.? Since Bake Sales will not be able to support our future ministry com-
mitments, supply costs will become the responsibility of another area. The women will
continue to purchase supplies only through 2018. Women will host Sundays in June,
July, August and those listed on calendar: Graduation, Confirmation, Mother’s and
Father’s Day.
Motion approved to pay $150 towards the 3 Mission items on the church’s budget?
Motion approved to take $400 from the Camp Fund and put towards the Youth Gath-
ering Fund?
The Steam Table could not be repaired? It was recommended by Building Team to be
removed.
Some of the Storage Room was cleaned and reorganized by the women’s board?
Root Beer Float Sundays donations go to the 175th Anniversary Fund?
Motion passed to donate $150 from Camp Fund for the Lutheran Partnership 2019?

Dawn to coordinate 2018 Pie Make for October festival at LOMC?

Continued discussion of disbanding or restructuring the Trinity Women’s group? At
the August 13 (week later than normal) the board members will suggest which model
and/or disbanding current form to be presented to the women at the September Gen-
eral Meeting.

The 2018 Women’s Christmas Party will be planned and hosted by the Women’s
Board?
Lucy and Marilyn will coordinate the annual Christmas Cookie and Candy Walk?
