Community Supported Agriculture Growing from the Ground Up!
In the video that was made by our synod office, Bishop Clements highlights a com-
munity supported agriculture project at Trinity Lutheran Church, Durand. Synodically
Authorized Minister, Sharon Beksel and other members of the gardening team share
about this growing ministry in the video.

Synod’s website. You can also watch the video about our ministry there.
Thank you to the Garden Team for the outstanding job that they do for this ministry!
The Durand Ecumenical Council is sending out a great big THANK YOU to all the folks
that helped check, sort and deliver the boxes of non-perishable food for our Thanks-
giving Food Drive. The food came from St. Mary/St. Patrick Church, Durand United
Methodist Church, Trinity Lutheran Church, Durand School and you the good people
of Durand and the surrounding area. It was so good to see so many children working
beside their parents or grandparents. They are learning the true meaning of “giving
thanks”. We stand tallest, when we bend to help another.
