WELL - FIXED ASSET
- Setting up “Class” : Specifying categories of assets by clicking “Set up -> Class”
according to the following example.
Click to record type of asset.
Class Code : Specify an asset type code (not exceeding 7 letters).
Description : Specify name of asset type.
Estimated Life : Specify validity of class.
Rate : Calculation of the depreciation value of the class (automatically displayed).
Asset : Zoom to select an asset account to record the class.
Accumulation : Zoom to select an accumulated depreciation account for the class.
Expenditure : Zoom to select an expense account for the class.
Click “Save”.
