Our Athens Nuestra Athens
“Faith-based institutions are the backbone of the Athens
community. Our church has been an active contributor in
this neighborhood for over 30 years as a property owner,
a social service provider and a place open to anyone and
everyone for healing. I am inspired most by the long-
standing commitment we have with our neighbors and
other local community organizations to do work that
makes this neighborhood a safer and more vibrant place.
As a result of our collective resilience, we have unshakable
faith in the notion that Athens will always rise.”
