      The key people on a hotel's staff who carry the
majority of responsibility for interaction with meeting
planners and convention managers are:

   a- The Specific Manager: the person who
      initiates, contracts, and sells the hotel to the
      group planning the event.

   b- The Catering Manager: the person who
      works with a meeting planner or convention
      manager on establishing a programme of food
      and beverage events for the meeting.

   c- The Convention Service Manager "CSM":
      the person who has an effective responsibility
      for carrying out the hotel's obligations once a
      convention has been booked and contracts
      have been signed.
