throughout his itinerary.

itinerary but may handle the passenger reservation
booking.

9- Alternative reservation:
Is a definite reservation covering space on the flight
other than the one originally prefers by the passenger.

- Alternative reservation always confirmed reservation done by
original flight either fully booked or cancelled.

10- Duplicate reservation:
Is a condition which exists when two or more
reservations are made for the same passenger, when it
is clear that the passenger will use only one.
