24- Misconnection:
A passenger who due to late arrival or non- operation
of his original delivering flight arrives at the interline
point too late to board his original receiving flight.

25- No show:
Means a failure to use a reserved seat for reasons other
than misconnection.
(Incase of misconnection it is not consider no show).
26- No record:
Is a condition which exists whenever a passenger
presents a ticket for reserved space but the boarding
member has no record of ever confirming or receiving
booking for that reserved space.
27- Downgraded passenger:
A passenger who held a higher class of service ticket
than the class in which he rode.
This could be due an overbooking in the higher class of services.
28- Upgraded passenger:
A passenger who held a lower class of service ticket
than the class in which he held.
This is could be due an overbooking in the lower class of
services.
